Returns Overview
We want you to be satisfied with your order. If you need to request a return, please contact Complete Fire as soon as possible at info@completefire.ie with your order number, the item details, and the reason for the return.
Returns are generally considered for unused, unopened, and resalable items returned within a reasonable period from delivery. For safety, compliance, and hygiene reasons, some products may not be eligible for return once opened, installed, or used.
Non-returnable items may include
- Products that have been used, installed, or damaged after delivery
- Items supplied to special order or made to customer specification
- Sealed safety products that are no longer in resalable condition once opened
- Any item returned without prior contact and approval
Damaged or incorrect goods
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us promptly with photographs and your order details. We will review the issue and work with you to arrange a suitable resolution, which may include replacement, refund, or another appropriate remedy.

Refunds
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method where possible. Timing may vary depending on your payment provider and banking institution.
Exchanges
If you received the wrong item or a product with a verified fault, we will advise on replacement options where available.
Shipping costs
Unless goods are faulty, damaged, or supplied in error, return shipping costs are typically the responsibility of the customer.
